Return Policy

Returns

Eligible items can be returned for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since the date of purchase, regardless of delivery date or location, the item is not eligible for return. Any returns received after the 30 day cut off will not be accepted and items will be returned to sender without refund. All customers must provide a valid tracking number for return shipments, we are not responsible if your parcel gets lost in the mail, or delivered to the wrong address. If valid tracking is not provided for your return and the parcel is not delivered back to us, no refund will be processed. Items must be in New/Unused condition.

 

Damaged or defective items are ineligible for return and will be rejected. All returns are subject to a 20% Re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee will not be waived for shipment costs or delays. Regular and Expedited shipping fee's are non-refundable on all returns. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

Several types of goods are not eligible for returns or exchanges to include: Seasonal or Holiday Items, CLEARANCE or SALE items, and Intimates or sanitary goods.

Lingerie, Teddy's, Bodysuits, Undergarments, and Swimwear are considered intimates and are non-refundable/exchangeable regardless of use. All Halloween costumes are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with any tags that came with your purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your return is either approved/rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contactus@edgy-couture.com.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges


Exchanges are subject to all of the same return requirements listed above. 

 

Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping


Shipping is not included on returned items or exchanges, the buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs incurred. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund along with a 20% Restocking fee.
